How to Take MIRIQA® Dermabiotics™

Take one sachet daily.

You may:

• Consume the contents directly; or
• Mix the powder with room-temperature water.

Do not mix with hot water, as high temperatures may affect the live probiotic cultures.

If you are taking antibiotics, consume MIRIQA® Dermabiotics™ at least two hours apart from your antibiotic dose, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
